Margin Call (2011) Movie Review

Margin Call (2011)

Genre: Thriller/Documentary

Me rates it: 3.9/5

It’s a story foretold where everyone looks out for their own interests, their own minds, their own paths. Yes, I just know another way of saying it’s a documentary. But as a distanced film (written as of 2024), it makes for a brilliant piece of entertainment.

What adds to the thrill is the realism of the situation, especially for the immersive scene where they looked out the car window and expressed how the “normal” people wouldn’t know what’s ahead for them.

As always, try lowering your expectations, and just enjoy the movie together or alone.
